When I started building Wired Like Us, I knew it needed more than a logo.
It needed a symbol.
A quiet way for people like us to recognize one another.
For years, I thought I was the only one whose brain worked this way. Different. Too much. Too distracted. Too misunderstood.
Then I found people who thought like I did.
I realized I wasn't broken.
I had simply found my people.
That's why I created The Signal.
The brain represents a different way of thinking.
The lightning bolt represents the fast thoughts, creativity, hyperfocus, and unpredictable energy that come with ADHD.
The crossed bones represent protection.
We protect our space. We protect our minds. We protect each other.
They represent solidarity.
A symbol that quietly says, "You're safe here. You're one of us."
To most people, it's just a bold streetwear icon.
But if you know, you know.
Maybe you spot someone wearing it across a coffee shop or walking through an airport.
You may never speak.
But for a moment, you recognize each other.
"I get it."
"You're not alone."
I also created The Signal for my two boys.
I wanted them to grow up knowing there are people like us. People who understand them without needing an explanation.
Because that's what The Signal has always been.
Not a logo.
